Hello! I am an artist from Minnesota. I am currently a substitute teacher/paraprofessional working with special needs elementary students while I pursue a Master's of Education in visual arts. I hope to start teaching at the K-12 level in 1 year! 

I see art as a conversation between the viewer and the artwork. By expressing familiarity, nostalgia, comfort, and attention, I hope to create a connection between the artwork and the viewer that gives them a sense of belonging. I explore this idea across various mediums, including drawing, painting, printmaking, graphic design, and illustration. Manipulating color and line are some of my favorite tools!
